Roof Raiders was born from a moment that changed everything. Sara was laid off at 40 weeks pregnant, and together with Mahmoud, we faced the challenge of growing a business without sacrificing family, values, or work-life balance. We didn’t want to be just another roofing company with hard-sell tactics and a bad reputation — we wanted something different.
From the beginning, we’ve been building more than roofs. Every year, we’ve launched a new vertical: from roofing supplies, to installation, to general construction, and in 2026, property maintenance — all designed to serve our clients more completely and raise the standard for the industry.
Our mission became clear: to make blue-collar careers meaningful, empowering, and respected. We created a movement of equality and inclusivity in a male-dominated industry, building a space where families can earn a living without giving up their values or energy.
At Roof Raiders, we combine expert craftsmanship with integrity and care, showing up for every project like it’s our own home. We’re not just putting roofs over heads — we’re changing the way people experience work, family, and opportunity in the trades.
