With 15 years of experience in sales, customer service, and roofing supplies, Mahmoud brings deep industry knowledge and a hands-on approach to Roof Raiders. Known for his relentless work ethic, he leads by example and makes team culture a priority — you’ll often catch him sharing family-style meals with the crew.
Generous to a fault (sometimes a bit too generous), he ensures every client walks away feeling happy and valued.
Outside of work, he loves playing and watching soccer, spending time with their daughter Tali, and volunteering for a family nonprofit where he serves on the board. Fun fact: he comes from the biggest Middle Eastern family in DFW!
Sara
Co Founder & COO
Laid off at 40 weeks pregnant, Sara turned a setback into a launchpad, co-founding Roof Raiders with zero construction experience but 12 years in business development, driving growth, strategy, and innovation into the family business.
Sara is heavily active in her community: she serves on the Advisory Board of Her Texas, is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni Ambassador, a committee member of the RHCA, and a member of Ladies in CRE.
Outside of work, she loves good food, a great book, and time in nature — and never passes up a chance for a laugh or a bold adventure. Fun fact: she’s jumped out of a plane!
Michael J Gonzales
Project Manager
One of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, Michael brings a genuine love for his work to every project. With hands-on experience as a framer, mason, and concrete worker, he has a strong trade foundation and a talent for practical problem-solving.
He is known for taking initiative, leading by example, and keeping projects efficient and safe, which ensures every job is done right.
When he’s not on-site, Michael cherishes quality time with his family and staying grounded in what truly matters — bringing that same care and dedication to every project he manages.
Chad Vaughn
Roofing & Insurance Specialist
Chad brings deep industry expertise and a calm, steady presence to the Roof Raiders team. With extensive experience in roofing and insurance claims, he specializes in inspections, detailed documentation, and supplemental estimates—having successfully worked thousands of claims. Known for his sharp eye, professionalism, and easygoing nature, Chad is someone homeowners genuinely enjoy working with. His goal is simple: to make the claims process smoother, clearer, and stress-free by ensuring nothing is missed and every detail is properly documented.
Fun Fact: Chad is proudly part of a multi-generation “Chad” legacy—he’s Chad Jr., his father is Chad Sr., his son is Chad III, and even his father-in-law shares the name. When it comes to roofing and claims, you could say it runs in the family
Hayya Fayaz
Community Outreach Manager
Mom of four with a creative heart and a multitasking spirit, Hayya was raised in NYC as the eldest child, learning resilience and independence early on.
She brings that same creativity, empathy, and problem-solving to Roof Raiders, driving growth, shaping client relationships, and crafting marketing strategies — she literally knows how to make a rock talk! In her free time, she creates digital and physical art, she also serves as a Medical Interpreter — fun fact: she speaks multiple languages!
Hayya loves working with Roof Raiders for the flexibility and work-life balance it provides, allowing her to thrive professionally while cherishing time with her big family.
